The Carroll Creek Association is made up of three sections (Carroll Creek, Lakes of Carroll Creek, and Preserves of Carroll Creek), and contains 11 ponds. Carroll Creek is using the services of Above and Beyond Community Management, Inc. Please make sure they are your FIRST point of contact for any issues, questions, or concerns you have for the Carroll Creek HOA. The development consists of 637 homes. Our neighborhood is located near Carroll High School on the northwest side of Fort Wayne, just west of the Allen County Fair Grounds on Lima Road.
The board is charged with administering the maintenance of common grounds that and maintaining architectural control within the neighborhood.
