Pool Access

9am to 9pm Daily (during open season)

The pool is accessed by use of a security card reader system. Each homeowner current with their dues will be provided a prox-card to open the pool gate. This card shall remain the property of Carroll Creek Homeowner’s Association and must be returned when requested or when selling your home. Lost or damaged cards can be replaced at a cost.

This card is water-resistant but not water-proof. Use care not to damage the card by swimming with it in the water. If your card does not work properly, please contact Above & Beyond for assistance.

If you have not received your prox-card, please contact Above & Beyond. Cards are to be picked up in person by the property owner on record (renters are not eligible to pick up cards-please contact the property owner).

Dues and late fees are required to be paid in full for your card to continue to operate. Failure to pay dues will result in your card being removed from the system.
